- Breathing practice 2-3 (2 hours): 2. Static Breathing: Breathing and Visualization (Pranayama and Pratyahara/Dharana)

- Breathing practice 2-3 (2 hours): 3. Dynamic Breathing (Breathing in motion): Zen walking and breathing through taiqi
