Learning the Dance

  • The parts of the body involved in breathing – Theory and practice.
  • Breathing while moving and moving while breathing – The example of the Sun salutation.
  • Breathing in the Asanas:
    • Abdominal exploration
    • Lower chest exploration
    • Upper chest exploration

Improving the Dance

  • Enhancing the three compartments with the bandhas.
    • Moving deeper 1– Bringing the heart and lung in synch – Rhythmic Breathing. 
    • Moving deeper  2 – Tuning the Autonomous Nervous System – Alternate Breathing 
  • Unifying – A short guided journey towards a meditative status.
    • Breathing visualization with awareness of rhythms and nasal flow.
    • Guided breathing meditation based on a Daoist reading.

Marina Scateni

Marina is a registered 500-hour yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance), a Shiatsu Practitioner and a Healing Diets Coach. She is also the founder of Waves Healing. For over twenty years, Marina has explored various lineages of yoga in India and Europe. Her dream is to bring forth a community of healing in the Nerja area.


Eric Serejski

Eric is Board-Certified in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCCAOM, USA). He is a registered Experienced 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and a registered Continuing Education Provided (Yoga Alliance). He has worked in the field of acupuncture for over thirty years and in the field of yoga for over forty years, with an emphasis on integration of ancient and modern knowledge.
